ReplyDeleteThis article was eye opening and an awesome find! As the article stated most of the time it is a popularity contest and yes it is a tradition but it is not taking into account all pronouns that people can associate with. I can sense that many other schools will head in this direction as to make sure that all students feel welcomed and safe at school. Hopefully they are able to find another tradition that can include all moving forward!
